Thirty NCS Upper School members of the "We the People" team competed at the national finals in early April, and did extremely well. With the leadership of club presidents Ava J. ’25 and Brittany E. ’25, the team represented Washington, DC in a two-day, 50-state competition where students were asked to study key ideas about the U.S. Constitution, and then elaborate and defend their views based on research. NCS participants received positive feedback about their answers and were extremely impressive. Thanks to David Sahr and Megan Prichard who served as chaperones.
