Upper School Students Earn Academic Awards

Awards for specific academic achievements were bestowed on deserving Upper School students this spring. Ellyce B. ’25 won the Lorna Cogswell Mason ’55 Prize for the best research project in U.S. History, with Jane E. ’25, earning an Honorable Mention. Shima H. ’26 won the Rensselaer Mathematics & Science Medal, while Olivia B .’26 won the Fisher Award for Outstanding Contribution to the NCS community. The Hyde Prize went to Parker M. ’25, while Summer H. ’28 and Chloe L. ’26 were recognized with the English Department Writer’s Prizes. Mallika M. ’25 earned the Alexa McMahon ’05 Writers’ Day Award. Finally, Sammy A. ’26 and Sofia H. ’26 were awarded the Grade 10 independent research project (IRP) prizes.
