Half-In-Earnest Wins National Honor

NCS’s literary arts magazine, Half-In-Earnest (HIE), won first place in the 2025 American Scholastic Press Association annual school magazine contest. Founded in 1932, HIE showcases student poems, essays, and artwork, including winning entries from the Hyde-Tuckerman writing competition. Congratulations to all the contributors, with a special shout-out to Editors in Chief Mallika M. '25 and Audrey W. '25, copy editors Stella D. '27 and Cecilia W. '26, and Faculty Advisor Adison Lax.
