Honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. with a Day of Celebration

On Tuesday, Jan. 20, NCS held a meaningful tribute to Dr. King’s vision of equity and justice. The community gathered in the Cathedral for a joint service with St. Albans focused on the theme of Hope. The Rev. Dr. Howard-John Wesley, Senior Pastor of the historic Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, served as homilist. Across divisions, students explored Dr. King’s messages and impact through different activities on campus and off campus.
